Hello, I just returned from Spain visiting my son and now we are back at it. We’ve got 3 more weeks until our first outdoor market so we are scrambling to get things done. Coming back to this rainy weather is not helping.
In addition to our regular “duties” for this time of the year, we are also readying a flower bed out front – that includes lots of disk harrowing and rock picking. We also are enlarging our back garden (behind the greenhouses) so that too involves disk harrowing, rock picking, stick removal, etc.
Moving on to more tasteful things, we recipe tested a Sourdough Cinnamon Roll Focaccia and boy is it good. It’s available this week on the Hot Plate menu along with other goodies. We’ve added a farm pick up option, in addition to the Gilmanton’s Own pick up. Two separate menus/pickup times are up on Hot Plate.
