It’s a mad dash to put the greenhouse up. Today was a gorgeous day. Keith invented this wood contraption which helped steady the heavy frame while we put them into each side’s ground post. We continue tomorrow.

Oh My Aching Body
So we’ve made it through three days straight of greenhouse building. Michelle has taken the week off to accomplish this task. The two of us have worked continually for the last 3 days. It’s amazing the muscles that you didn’t realize you had in the aches that could be even possible. Makes me realize how… Continue reading Oh My Aching Body

We finished the drainage around the garden to help with the… Continue reading A Year in Review

It’s black with really cool green eyes. I think it’s a young cat, thin and very hungry – we have… Continue reading Still plenty of green around…
What we’ve been up to…
Hoop house #2 is up and we will be growing greens in this one on tables – the bottom of them will be heated when needed. Remember that huge wood pile I posted on a while ago. Well we’ve been busy splitting – it’s gotten smaller. Hoop house veggies coming along (L-R: carrotts, leeks, spinach).… Continue reading What we’ve been up to…
