Continuing on with my healthy choices series, let’s move to Young Living Essential Oils. I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and love their products. They have so much more than just essential oils.
There are a select few businesses that I support. I support the ones that align with my beliefs. Yes, I like to support local producers but there is no one local to me that offer products like Young Living.
As I spoke about before here, Keith and I started in January a “change of eating pattern”. To date, Keith has lost 40 pounds and I have lost 12 pounds. We’ve reduced our daily calorie intake and I don’t start eating until 10 in the morning or after and try to finish my last meal by 3 or 4. Keith is eating in a 4 hour window.
