Dinner: Left over Thai Chicken soup; shake
Snack: apple and grapes
Weight loss: Me 12.2; My husband 18.2. Since we’ve been hovering around the same number for the past 3 days or so I thought our weight loss would be minimal for the rest of the cleanse . What a pleasant surprise when we woke up and we each lost over a pound and a pound.
